William H. Sims, CPA, is a vice president and director at Salmon Sims Thomas where he manages the Firm's Nonprofit Organizations Division. Bill's practice focus includes audit, tax and operational consulting for nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans and closely held businesses. Bill is actively involved in various community organizations, including serving as treasurer of the board of trustees for Brother Bill's Helping Hand, a West Dallas ministry, and he is a board member of the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands. Bill is also the treasurer of the Children's Craniofacial Association, a national nonprofit organization. Bill is a member of the AICPA, Texas Society of CPAs and its Dallas Chapter.
He has served these professional societies in numerous capacities on boards, committees, and task forces.
In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Church Business Administration and the Christian Management Association. Bill graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of business administration. |
